Weed grasses, a build-up of black layer and organic matter, a pitch that is no longer level — the GKB Combinator is the machine that resets a natural grass sports pitch.
GKB and the Council of Rotterdam developed its predecessor in the late 1990s, and the method of removing the surface layer is still in worldwide practice today. Chemical-free weed control, infill removal and sustainability are current concerns, and the Combinator answers all three.
The CombiRotor® takes three types of blades or chisels. L-shaped fraising blades for fraise mowing natural grass; special hybrid chisels to fraise mow a hybrid-grass pitch without damaging the remaining synthetic fibres; or the rotor shaft used for scarifying.

Hybrid pitch capable
Hybrid chisels fraise mow the natural grass and surface layer without damaging the synthetic fibres that remain.
Synthetic turf brush option
A specialised brush can be fitted to remove sand, cork and rubber infill from synthetic surfaces.
Conveyor belt removal
Removed material transports directly away on conveyor belts fitted with unique conductors, so the belts do not yield under heavy loads.
Patented pendulum system
The pendulum system on the conveyor rollers puts working depth easily under your control.
Chemical-free weed control
Removing the surface layer mechanically is a proven answer to weed grasses without chemistry.

From 120cm to 240cm, with power requirements from 35 hp to 110 hp.
